Speed Planning Package Includes: 

*A-Z planning from start to finish.

*One lead Event Planner will be provided for you throughout the entire planning process. 

*One Event Planner and one Coordinator assistant will be provided for you on your event day from start to finish.

*Unlimited phone calls, vendor meetings and in person or zoom appointments as scheduled and needed.

*Guidance on event etiquette.

*Management of budget with budget tracker. 

*Complete Event Design and layout.

*Venue Walkthroughs as needed.

*Detailed Event timeline of all logistics and events. 

*Manage and book event vendors (facilitate day of event) per your instructions – 3 Little Birds will be available in person or by telephone during the entire event day and process leading up to your event to assist vendors with any problems or questions.

*Examine, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts.

*Manage event party.

.*Manage vendor & décor setup at event sites.

*Organize & distribute all personal flowers to party, family members & special guests.

*Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the event. 

*Oversee guest book attendants.

*Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions.

*Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during the event.

*Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances.

*Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts/cards and ensure they go in the designated vehicles.

*Be prepared to meet any emergency situations that may arise.

Any Event that is 3 months away and under, has a venue booked, but no vendors booked yet, is considered a "Speed Event". Due to the immediate attention and high needs of this package, our team will be working overtime to ensure all time sensitive needs are met.
