The Speed Wedding Package

Speed Wedding Planning Package Includes: 

*A-Z planning from start to finish.
*One lead Wedding Planner will be provided for you throughout the entire planning process.

*One Wedding Planner and one Coordinator assistant will be provided for you on your wedding day from start to finish.

*Unlimited phone calls, vendor meetings and in person or zoom appointments as scheduled and needed.

*Guidance on Wedding Etiquette.

*Management of budget with budget tracker.

*Complete Wedding Design and layout.

*Venue Walkthroughs as needed.

*Detailed wedding timeline of all logistics and events.

*Wedding Coordinator to attend and coordinate rehearsal (per scheduled availability). 

*Manage and book wedding vendors (facilitate day of wedding) per your instructions – 3 Little Birds will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day and process leading up to your wedding to assist vendors with any problems or questions.

*Examine, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts.

*Manage wedding party

.*Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony & receptions sites.

*Organize & distribute all personal flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests.

*Facilitate the wedding ceremony.

*Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony.

*Oversee ushers & guest book attendants.

*Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect.

*Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions.

*Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception.

*Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances.

*Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts/cards and ensure they go in the designated vehicles.

*Be prepared to meet any emergency situations that may arise. *See off the couple off to have an amazing Honeymoon.

***Any Wedding that is 3 months away and under, has a venue booked, but no vendors booked yet, is considered a "Speed Wedding". Due to the immediate attention and high needs of this package, our team will be working overtime to ensure all time sensitive needs are met.***
