The Month-Of Event Planning Services Include: 

*One Event Coordinator and one Coordinator assistant will be provided for 8 hours of service on your event day. (Additional hours of service may be added at an additional fee). An additional assistant can be added for an additional for an 8- hour day. Additional overtime will apply if that additional assistant stays more than 8 hours. 

*Prepare the event timeline with client (2-3 hour in person at our Burbank office or over the phone 1-4 weeks prior to the event). *This will be scheduled durning the week, weekends excluded.

*Manage event vendors (day of event) per your instructions – 3 Little Birds will be available in person during the contracted hours on the event day to assist vendors with any problems or questions.

*Help collect and facilitate vendors rules and regulations and insurance per venue policies if needed. *Unlimited phone calls and emails within starting 30 days prior to event date.

*Examine your plans and help finalize all details and logistics for the big day on anything you may be forgetting.

*Scheduled in person meetings or video conference as needed 30 days prior to the event date. *Finalize personal touches and creative concepts.

*Finalize and help seek any additional last minute vendors still needed to facilitate the event day (majority of major vendors should already be booked, if you are looking at this package and only have a venue booked with no vendors, please see our "Speed Planning" Package).

*One Hour Walk through of the venue to help execute a floor plan of the event.

*Manage the event party.

*Assist with client's personal décor setup as long the venue gives us the allotted time needed.

*Assist with any last minute projects that you may need help with 30 days prior to the event date.

*Organize & distribute all personal flowers to family members & special guests.

*Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the event.

*Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions. *This does not include constructing floral centerpieces on the day of.

*Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events with your DJ/MC team during the event. *Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances.

*Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts/cards and ensure they go in the*designated vehicle (if choosing to keep your coordinator until the end of the event).

*Be prepared to meet any emergency that may arise.

Pricing:

Junior Team: $2,500

Jr. planning teams have had rigorous training from our senior team and have at least 1 to 5 years of experience.

Senior Team: $3,000.00

Sr. planning teams have 5-25 years of experience and planning expertise.
