The Month-Of Wedding Package

The Month-Of Wedding Package includes: 

*One Wedding Coordinator and one Coordinator assistant will be provided for your wedding day. (Additional hours of service may be added at $150.00 per ha $100 for Jr. Team). An additional assistant can be added for a fee of $300.00 f Additional overtime will apply if that additional assistant stays more than 8 hours.

*Wedding Coordinator or assistant to attend and coordinate a ONE hour rehearsal (TBD based on agreed date among all parties, weekends excluded). *Please note: This ONE hour is for the rehearsal of the "Wedding Ceremony" ONLY and does not include assistance at clients rehearsal dinner. *An overtime fee of $300 will be applied if the rehearsal runs longer than scheduled and agreed upon one hour.

*Prepare the wedding timeline with client (2-3 hour in person at our Burbank office or over the phone 1-4 weeks prior to the event). *This will be scheduled durning the week, weekends excluded.

*Manage wedding vendors (day of wedding) per your instructions – 3 Little Birds will be available in person during the contracted hours on the wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions.

*Help collect and facilitate vendors rules and regulations and insurance per venue policies if needed.

*Unlimited phone calls and emails within starting 30 days prior to Wedding date. 

*Examine your plans and help finalize all details and logistics for the big day on anything you may be forgetting.

*Scheduled in meetings or video conference as needed 30 days prior to the wedding date.

*Finalize personal touches and creative concepts. 

*Finalize and help seek any additional last minute vendors still needed to facilitate the wedding day (majority of major vendors should already be booked, if you are looking at this package and only have a venue booked with no vendors, please see our Speed Planning Package).

*One Hour Walk through of the venue to help execute a floor plan of the event.

*Manage the event party.

*Assist with client's personal décor setup as long the venue gives us the allotted time needed. 

*Assist with any last minute projects that you may need help with 30 days prior to the wedding date. 

*Organize & distribute all personal flowers to family members & special guests.

*Facilitate the wedding ceremony.

*Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the event. 

*Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions.

*This does not include constructing floral centerpieces on the day of. 

*Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events with your DJ/MC team during reception.

*Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances. 

*Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts/cards and ensure they go in the*designated vehicle (if choosing to keep your coordinator until the end of the Wedding).

*Be prepared to meet any emergency that may arise.

*See off the couple off to have an amazing Honeymoon

Pricing:

Junior Team: $2,500 

Jr. planning teams have had rigorous training from our senior team and have at least 1-5 years of experience. 

Senior Team: $3,000.00

Sr. planning teams have 5-25 years of experience and planning expertise.
